well congrats for all your lawyerly study. personally, i think you need companies like the ripstik, wave and exboard cuz they have created a consumer demand for this product that has supposedly been around for 10 years. without them, you wouldn't be able to sell your version because no one would know or care. and i suppose, that thanks to you these big companies are going to be kept in check since they can't just demand crazy prices from consumers if anyone can just go out and buy a few thousand. maybe this is part of the reason their prices have dropped so much since they first came out. so cheers for that at least.

Maybe I was a little harsh with you before, but it takes a cheesed1ck to tell people here that the board is "gawd awful" and you want the good one from a brand name company......................they are made by the same humans in the same factory. Maybe if you knew about the import/export business with China a little bit you would know this. The RipStick, by the way, is made 1 mile up the street in another factory where my factory is in Yong Kang City.
And the reason I said you probably work for a company is because I've already been contacted by a couple lawyers, after I mention filing for invalidation...they never contact me again.
