Slippery, I'm ready to order NOW!!! I'd prefer blue, but, will take whatever color is available appropriate for a macho boy. How can I order??? Will I have it in time for Christmas? How will it be shipped and at what cost?

well congrats for all your lawyerly study. personally, i think you need companies like the ripstik, wave and exboard cuz they have created a consumer demand for this product that has supposedly been around for 10 years. without them, you wouldn't be able to sell your version because no one would know or care. and i suppose, that thanks to you these big companies are going to be kept in check since they can't just demand crazy prices from consumers if anyone can just go out and buy a few thousand. maybe this is part of the reason their prices have dropped so much since they first came out. so cheers for that at least.

Maybe I was a little harsh with you before, but it takes a cheesed1ck to tell people here that the board is "gawd awful" and you want the good one from a brand name company......................they are made by the same humans in the same factory. Maybe if you knew about the import/export business with China a little bit you would know this. The RipStick, by the way, is made 1 mile up the street in another factory where my factory is in Yong Kang City.
And the reason I said you probably work for a company is because I've already been contacted by a couple lawyers, after I mention filing for invalidation...they never contact me again.

I'll be taking US Postal Service money orders only, protection for both of us.

I'm waiting to here from China customs when my shippment will be able to leave their port.

Is it possible to get one that looks identical to the ripstik. your boards do not have a long handle in the middle like the ripstik and that would be a cool feature to have.

I normally sell these to mall vendors and people selling them at Flea Markets so I take company checks from them and sometimes cash. For these sales I'll only be excepting US Postal Service Money Orders. They require ID and your address so both sides have protection. I believe you must show ID to verify your adress to buy one and I must also show my ID to pick them up.
Anyway, post what color you want so I can start planning to set those aside.

I started a new ORDER THREAD:

Wave Board...$34.95....order instructions

abec 5 bearings, yes.

Ok, here's the deal. The box is 10 lbs. It measures 36 x 6 x 9. It costs $20.00 to ship from south Florida to Washington State. So shipping will be at most $20.00 for each board.

So: $34.95 each board + $20.00 shipping....TOTAL: $54.95.

They will not be here in time for X-Mas. They will be here about the first week of January. Sorry, this is what happens sometimes when you deal with China.

US Postal Service money orders ONLY. They are the most secure for both you and me.

The boards will be shipped within 2 days after I receive your money order.

I will have a P.O. Box set up next week on Thursday for those who want to order a board.

They come with a carry bag, shoulder strap and instructional CD.

Red or Yellow as shown above in the other post. The yellow board also has that design on it. Don't ask me what it is, they just did that design.

I will post back on Thursday with the address to send the money orders to.

I know that it makes it a lot easier to carry and it probable makes it easier to grind to. plus I just think that it looks cooler

Okay I bought one of these boards and...

THEY ARE PIECES OF CRAP.

I got one for my brother cause I already had a wave. His board fell apart in two months. It was shaking and rattling, plus it was just slow.

There has to be a difference in the boards because I've had my wave for nearly a year now and its still in pretty dang good shape.
